Congratulations Special Warfare Training Wing’s 2020 Outstanding Airmen of the Year

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-CHAPMAN TRAINING ANNEX, Texas—Special Warfare Training Wing’s 2020 Outstanding Airmen of the Year, or OAY, were announced by Col. Mason Dula, SWTW, commander at Joint Base San Antonio-Chapman Training Annex, Texas Apr. 6, 2021.

The annual OAY awards recognize the top officer, enlisted and civilian members of the wing. Winners will compete at Major Command and Air Force levels. Aspects of consideration for Airmen to be nominated for OAY include; superior leadership, job performance, community involvement and personal achievements.

  • Junior Enlisted Member Category – SrA Duff, Joshua (Training Support Squadron)
  • Non-Commissioned Officer Category – MSgt Mellon, Stephen (Human Performance Squadron)
  • Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Category – MSgt Reed, Craig (Special Warfare Training Wing)
  • First Sergeant of the Year Category – MSgt Davis, Robert (Training Support Squadron)
  • Company Grade Officer Category – 1LT Donnell, Mackenzie (353 Training Squadron)
  • Field Grade Officer Category – Maj Speight, Eric (Human Performance Squadron)
  • Civilian Cat II (non-sup) Category – Mrs. Chandler, Katarina (351 Training Squadron)
  • Civilian Cat III (non-sup) Category – Mr. Scott William (Human Performance Squadron)
  • Civilian Cat III (sup) Category – Mr. Infantolino, Gregory (Human Performance Squadron)
