SWTW Congratulations Graphic for 2020 OAY Winners

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-CHAPMAN TRAINING ANNEX, Texas—Special Warfare Training Wing’s 2020 Outstanding Airmen of the Year, or OAY, were announced by Col. Mason Dula, SWTW, commander at Joint Base San Antonio-Chapman Training Annex, Texas Apr. 6, 2021. The annual OAY awards recognize the top officer, enlisted and civilian members of the wing. Winners will compete at Major Command and Air Force levels. Aspects of consideration for Airmen to be nominated for OAY include; superior leadership, job performance, community involvement and personal achievements.
