The Oregon Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) was established to serve as an emergency response asset to augment civilian responders in the event of an overwhelming CBRN incident, large scale structural collapse, or any other event in which their unique skills and capabilities can be effectively used to save lives, and to mitigate personal suffering and property loss.
