Description: U.S. Air Force civilian Lila Dilbaitis, the director of psychological health with the 183rd Wing, Illinois Air National Guard, met with Airmen assigned on state active duty to the McCormick Place COVID-19 alternative care facility in Chicago, May 5, 2020, as part of a behavioral health team checking on their wellbeing. DPHs serve to strengthen operational capabilities and Airmen resilience by facilitating outreach, prevention and early intervention in comprehensive Airman fitness.
