Members of the 347th Rescue Group at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia participate in spin-up training before a deployment. This training made use of the "hard crew" concept which had members training with the same people they would be working with for the duration of their deployment. This concept is meant to increase team cohesion and effectiveness when operating in the deployed environment.
