U.S. aerial transportation Airmen from the 821st Contingency Response Support Squadron unload simulated humanitarian aid from a U.S. C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 40th Airlift Squadron on Cecil Airport in Jacksonville, Florida, Feb. 20, 2019 as part of exercise Turbo Distribution.
